Height 180 mm, breadth 90 mm. Shell thick and solid, fusiform. Spires gently inflated, almost smooth except for growth lines and 2〜3 weak spiral grooves below the suture. Color orangy brown with many slender brownish spiral lines and darker clouds. Aperute pyriform. Outer lip thin, with weak dentitions and many spiral ridges within. Columellar lip with callus and a weak fold. Siphonal canal long, almost straight. Operculum leaf-shaped, with nuculeus anteriorly. Radula of rachiglossate type; central subtriangular, with 3 cusps; lateral comb-shaped, with 27 cusps.
