ニッコウガイ科（Tellinidae）
Macoma（Psammacoma）aff. tagelformis Dall, 1900
特 徴：
殻長53mm，殻高30mm，殻幅15mm。殻は前後に長い。殻長中央よりやヽ後位で，後に傾く。前縁は丸いが，腹縁はやヽ直線的。後方細まり，殻頂から後腹隅に走る弱い稜の終端は角ばり，截断状の後縁に続くが，後腹隅の僅か前に微かな張り出しがある。後背縁は直線的よりむしろ反る。殻表は淡黄灰色で，腹縁域にはやヽ厚い殻皮を残す。殻内は表面と似た色でもっと白い。コウ歯は2，側歯は極めて弱く，大きい歯丘に外靱帯が乗る。外套湾入は大きく中央よりやヽ前にまで達する。腹縁には殻皮がまくれ込む。
採集記録：
水深84m（生貝1）。
Diagnostic characters：
Length 53 mm, height 30 mm, breadth 15 mm. Shell elongate. Beaks slightly posterior to the center, opisthocline. Anterior margin round but ventral margin straight. Posterior portion narrows, angulated at the terminal of postero-ventral of the ridge running from umbo. A slight protrusion presents just in front of posterior ventral corner. Postero-dorsal margin weakly concave. Surface grayish yellow with rather thick periostracum especially along the ventral margin. Interior similar to external surface in color. Cardinal teeth 2 with weak lateral teeth. Pallial sinus deep reaching anterior to the middle.
Remarks：
A single specimen was taken from a depth of 84 m. The conclusive identification has not been made.
