Tellina (Eurytellina) trinitatis Tomlin, 1929
特 徴：
殻長40mm，殻高25mm，殻幅10mm。殻は薄く、前後に長いハマグリ型。左右の膨み弱い。殻頂はほぼ中央、尖る。殻頂から後腹隅に強い1稜が走り、後腹隅は尖る。殻表は灰白色で光沢があり、殻皮を被る。殻内の殻頂部には弱い放射肋があり、とくに前閉殻筋痕の後部に達するものが顕著。主歯は小さく三角形状、前側歯は細く低くむしろ不明瞭。（左殻外套湾入はいちぢるしく前方にまで達している）。
採集記録：
水深80m（死殻3）。
分 布：
フロリダ、西インド諸島、ブラジル、スリナム、ウルグアイ。
Diagnostic characters：
Length 40 mm, height 25 mm, breadth 10 mm. Shell thin, elongate veneroid, shallow. Beaks subcentral, erect. Strong ridge runs from umbo to the postero-ventral corner. Surface grayish white, polished, with periostracum. Interior white, with radial ridges, particularly strong one reaching to the posterior rim of the anterior adductor muscle scar. Cardinal teeth small, traiangular. Anterior lateral teeth low, slender and rather indistinct. Pallial sinus on the left deep enough to reach the anterior portion.
