特 徴：
体長6cm。頭胸甲は前方が背腹にやや扁平。正中稜に加えて，頭胸甲の各側に3本の縦走稜が走る。正中稜は胃上部から後方に発達し，胃上部に2歯，後方に2歯ある。側面の最上部を走る稜は眼窩上縁の直後に端を発し，3歯をもつ。中央部を走る稜は肝上棘から後方に発達し，前半部に3歯が並ぶ。最下部を走る稜は鰓前棘の後方に1歯をもち，その後方は丸く弧を描いている。触角上棘はあまり鋭くない。額角は鈍頭の三角形で，背面はややくぼむ。第1胸脚は大きくて不完全なはさみをもつ。第2，3胸脚は糸状で，第2胸脚のみ小さなはさみをもつ。第3腹節までは幅広い。第1腹節には6本の稜があり，いずれも前端がとげ状。中央部の2本は頭胸甲の正中稜の左右に位置するが，他は頭胸甲側面の上部2本のものと連絡する。第2〜4腹節では正中稜1本が鋭く，側方の稜は低い。第5，6腹節および尾節では正中部は溝で，その左右が稜をなしている。
採集記録：
水深310〜475m（3 exs）。
Diagnostic characters：
Carapace rather depressed anteriorly, being provided with a median longitudinal ridge and with three ridges at each side; median one with two epigastric and two posterior teeth; upper ridge of each side originated just behind supraorbital border, having three teeth; central one also with three teeth, running from hepatic spine; lower ridge with a tooth behind branchiostegal spine; antennal spine not sharp. Rostrum obtusely triangular, and shallowly concave dorsally. First pereiopod with subchela as usual; second and third pereiopods filiform, the second having a small chela. First to third abdominal segments rather depressed; first segment with six ridges each ending in a spine anteriorly; median two placed just outside of posterior end of median ridge of carapace, and the others just behind posterior ends of lateral upper two ridges of carapace; in each second to fourth segments only median ridge is sharp.
