特 徴：
殻長59mm，殻高17mm，殻幅10mm。前後に細長く，後方は吻状にのびる。殻頂は中央より前方に寄っていて小さくほぼ直立。前方は長く伸び丸く，後方は更に長く伸び，殻頂の少し後方の腹縁に鈍く段がついていてそこから細まり，恰もぺーパーナイフのよう。殻表は白くやや粗い成長脉があり，殻頂から前腹縁に走る弱い放射肋がある。わら色の殻皮を被るが，殆ど剥げている。殻頂の前後の長い?板上には細かい櫛歯が並ぶ。弾帯受は前後に長く，中央やや凹む。腹縁は平滑。内面は白い。
採集記録：
水深80〜85m（生貝2，死殻1）。
分 布：
ベネズエラ，スリナム沖。
Diagnostic characters：
Length 59 mm, height 17 mm, breadth 10 mm. Shell elongated, with rostrate posterior portion. Beaks small, anterior to the middle, erect. Anterior margin round, posterior portion knife-blade like in shape. Ventral margin with a step a little behind below the beak. Surface white, with growth lines, covered with yellowish periostracum. Cardinal teeth, fine, taxodont. Chondrophore below the umbo, longitudinally elongated, with a concavity near the middle. Interior white, shining, with smooth ventral margin.
