Height 53 mm, breadth 55 mm. Shell thick, solid, smooth externally, but with wrinkled growth lirae only in subsutural areas. Color yellowish brown with 4 white stripes carrying sagittate patterns which connect axially with each other by wavy axial lines. Base white. Umbilicus open but half closed with lunular plug. Aperture half-moon shaped. Operculum calcareous, with 10 strong ribs. Radula of taenioglossate; central trapezoid, with bifurcated basal tips and 3 cusps; lateral rhomboid with 3 cusps of which the central one prominently large; inner marginal bifurcated; outer marginal unicuspid.
